These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getresi.com and any subdomains thereof (the “Site”), operated by MyCore Industries, LLC, doing business as Resi (“Resi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to visitors of getresi.com. If you are visiting a property website powered by Resi’s platform on behalf of a multifamily property management company, owner, or operator (“Property Client”), your use of that property website may be subject to additional terms established by the applicable Property Client.

Definitions

“You” and “Your” refer to the individual or entity accessing the Site. “Property Client” refers to a multifamily property management company, owner, or operator that uses Resi’s digital presence management platform. “Platform” refers to Resi’s technology infrastructure, including website hosting, digital marketing tools, analytics, attribution tracking, internet listing service syndication, and related services provided to Property Clients. “Content” refers to all text, images, graphics, data, software, and other materials available on or through the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and arrangement thereof, is the property of MyCore Industries, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Resi name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of MyCore Industries, LLC. You may not use any Resi trademark without prior written permission.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions in these Terms. You may not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any material from the Site without our prior written consent. You may not use Resi’s logo or other artwork for linking or any other purpose absent a trademark license agreement.

Property Client Relationships

The Site may contain information about Resi’s Platform and services offered to Property Clients. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, proposal, or commitment to provide services. The terms governing Resi’s relationship with Property Clients are established through separate written agreements (such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, or similar contracts) and are not governed by these Terms.

Content on Property Websites

Resi operates digital presence infrastructure on behalf of Property Clients. Content displayed on Resi-powered property websites, including property descriptions, pricing, availability, photos, floor plans, and amenity information, is provided by or on behalf of the applicable Property Client. Resi does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of Property Client content and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in such content. Any questions or concerns about content on a specific property website should be directed to the applicable Property Client.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Website Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge our use of these technologies. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. For information about cookies and tracking on Resi-powered property websites, please refer to our Platform Privacy Policy.

Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Resi. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites from the Site is at your own risk.

Linking to the Site

You may link to the Site provided that the link is not misleading, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement by Resi, and fits within the context of the linking content. You may not frame or otherwise alter the visual presentation of the Site without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to request removal of any link to the Site at any time, and you agree to comply promptly with any such request. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Resi does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Resi does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyCore Industries, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyCore Industries, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Website Privacy Policy and Platform Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Resi regarding your use of the Site. These Terms do not govern the relationship between Resi and its Property Clients, which is established through separate written agreements.
