New standalone web product is creating an e-commerce leasing category for multifamily housing.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: October 1, 2026 – Resi, the multifamily marketing platform, launched the Centralized Leasing Site, a product built to help operators convert more renters by showcasing every available unit across a portfolio in one search experience, hosted on the operator’s own domain.
Most multifamily portfolios still make renters visit a separate website for every property, comparing prices and availability one site at a time. The Centralized Leasing Site gives renters one place to do that instead, built on Resi’s existing platform, data, and integrations.
“Renters love shopping online for everything except apartments. We built an experience to change that perception and empower operators with the domain, the integrations, and the analytics to run their business like e-commerce,” said Grady Newman, Resi’s Founder and President.
The Centralized Leasing Site includes:
- Dynamic Search: Live, unit-level inventory across every community in a portfolio, filterable by price, bedroom count, move-in date, and other custom filters.
- Unit Details Pages: An individual page for each available unit, with media and current pricing.
- Dynamic Fee Transparency: Itemized fees and total monthly cost shown at the unit level, built to align with state fee disclosure requirements.
- Location Pages: Pages for cities, submarkets, and neighborhoods designed to capture search before a renter has identified a specific operator.
It is designed for owner-operators, third-party property management companies, and fee managers. For third-party managed assets, a Centralized Leasing Site gives the management company one acquisition channel across every owner it serves. Individual community identities remain intact.
Resi’s Centralized Leasing Site can operate as a standalone product or complement third-party listing sites. Syndication to ILSs, Google Business Profile, and other destinations continues through the Resi platform. The Centralized Leasing Site gives operators an owned destination and carries renters further down the funnel than a top-of-funnel listing is built to do.
“Marketers have gotten very good at paying for renter attention across every channel available to them, and that work still matters. What has been missing is somewhere for that attention to land that the operator actually owns. When your portfolio is the store, every dollar you spend builds something durable: your domain, your data, your relationship with the renter. That shifts a marketer from buying demand to building it, and e-commerce leasing centralization is the key,” said Autumn Hunt, VP of Revenue at Resi.
