Overview
Join Resi as a Web Support Specialist and play a key role in delivering an exceptional digital experience to our multifamily clients. In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you’ll handle client support requests, assist with onboarding, perform front-end website updates using our custom builder, and keep internal systems organized and optimized. Ideal candidates are detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and passionate about learning, tech, and helping others succeed.
Responsibilities
-
Client Support: Be a steady, kind, and fast-responding voice for our clients. You’ll field digital requests that come in via our support desk, helping with everything from quick website tweaks to more complex front-end web edits.
-
Front-End Website Updates: Learn to make updates in our custom site builder (we’ll train you!), including image swaps, link updates, copy edits, and simple layout tweaks—no code experience required, but a passion for tech/design is required!
-
Onboarding Assistance: Support our team with data entry, form setup, quality control checks, and milestone tracking for new client launches.
-
Internal Systems & QA: Help ensure our process flows smoothly by maintaining internal checklists, catching data errors, and keeping our project tools (like Teamwork, Notion, and Airtable) updated and organized.
-
Knowledge & Documentation: Help build out and refine our internal and client-facing knowledge bases — so that support isn’t just responsive, but proactive and empowering.
-
Ad Hoc Support Projects: Be ready to jump in where help is needed. Our team is small but mighty, and this role will touch many areas of the business over time.
