Overview

Resi is the marketing operating system for multifamily. Our platform centralizes websites, content, data, and integrations into a single connected ecosystem that powers the entire renter journey. From high-performing websites and digital marketing to real-time data connections and analytics, Resi helps property operators modernize their marketing and turn insights into measurable growth.

We’re looking for a founding Product Marketing Manager who bridges product, marketing, and sales by translating Resi’s platform capabilities into clear, compelling stories that drive understanding and adoption.

This person will be a product and platform expert, deeply familiar with the ins and outs of our technology, features, and customer use cases. They will heavily influence how we communicate our products in the market while owning the execution and translation of that strategy into messaging, collateral, and internal enablement materials.

The ideal candidate combines technical curiosity with creative storytelling, transforming complex product functionality into market-ready narratives that connect value to business outcomes.

 

What You’ll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning for each product and feature, articulating value in a way that resonates with our audiences.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on customer feedback, competitor insights, and performance data.
  • Ensure consistent narrative across all marketing, sales, and product materials.

Product Storytelling & Translation

  • Become a deep expert in the platform, its capabilities, and the technical details that make it unique.
  • Translate product functionality into stories that clearly demonstrate value and impact for our customers.
  • Create product briefs, feature summaries, and campaign narratives that bring the platform to life across internal and external channels.
  • Develop creative concepts and designs that visually express product stories across the website, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner closely with product to maintain a feedback loop, documenting updates, releases, and enhancements, and sharing them across GTM teams.

Sales & Enablement Support

  • Develop and maintain product one-sheets, decks, and talk tracks that equip the sales team to communicate product value effectively.
  • Translate platform updates into use cases and benefits tailored to key customer segments.
  • Gather feedback from the field to inform ongoing product and messaging improvements.

Go-To-Market & Launches

  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales to plan and execute new product launches and major updates.
  • Coordinate messaging, audience insights, and enablement materials to ensure internal alignment and external clarity.
  • Support marketing in integrating product narratives into channel campaigns, content, and event activations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns reflect accurate product value and positioning.
  • Provide strategic input on how to integrate product stories and proof points across acquisition and retention channels.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Maintain a strong understanding of our market landscape, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Surface insights that inform product roadmap discussions and GTM strategy.
  • Identify emerging multifamily marketing trends to strengthen product roadmap and positioning.

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in proptech, martech, or a related industry. Bonus points for multifamily or property marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to translate complex or technical products into clear, compelling stories.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn product stories into clear, visually compelling designs that elevate understanding and engagement across every touchpoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
