Responsibilities

  • Support senior web designers
  • Organize and optimize graphics, images, and other visual elements for web use
  • Address website support tickets, including updates and minor changes
  • Engage in website QA and development setup, following precise documentation
  • Assist with website development setup following clear documentation and processes
  • Source and manage stock imagery and other assets for projects
  • Craft Canva brand kits for diverse client needs

Qualifications

  • Experience working in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
  • A team player who balances independent work with thriving in team collaboration
  • Have a keen eye for visual elements (layout, color, typography)
  • Exhibit exceptional time-management and communication skills, essential in our remote team
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and high standards
  • Hold a college or university degree in a relevant field

Bonus Qualifications

  • WordPress or other visual website builder experience
  • Proficiency in wireframing tools (Figma, XD)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO
  • Graphic design experience
