Resi App 1.6 – Portfolio View and New Reports
We are pleased to announce the latest update for the Resi App. This new version is our first step to offering more portfolio-wide views and functionality. Here is a brief list of some of the changes you will notice when you log in:
- New account dashboard page
- New portfolio properties page with status icons and quick edits links for your widget settings and incentive campaigns
- User profile enhancements
This portfolio view provides a brief snapshot of your overall leasing performance. A map of your properties. A list of incoming leads from all properties, as well as a list of your properties for quick access to their settings.
New Reports
With this new update, we have included a suite of new apartment analytics dashboards for easy access to information to help you understand your property better. Some of these reports include:
- Website analytics
- Google Adwords Analytics
- Inventory Analysis
- Unit Type Pricing Analysis
- Leads Analysis
While we will continue to provide our weekly emailed reports for your convenience, these dashboards are available to you anytime with up-to-date information.
