Resi was brought in to re-design and build a fully functional website for MV Ventures’ property 240 Park Avenue while the property was still in its initial lease-up phase. The redesign aimed to improve brand awareness and create an improved user experience with enhanced visual features and capabilities to show off the beautiful details of this modern urban community.

240 Park Ave comprises 204 units spread across 17 floors, with retail spaces available on the street level. The luxury development is made up of one bedroom, one bedroom + den, two bedroom, two bedroom + den, three bedroom, and spacious penthouse units with panoramic city, stadium, and riverfront views.

240 Park embraces the urban lifestyle and dynamic community that make Minneapolis one of the most livable cities in America. The property is a quick walk to the Downtown Minneapolis skyway system and Central Business District, the Mississippi River, and state-of-the art entertainment venues including U.S. Bank Stadium and the Guthrie Theater.

Visual Identity

MV Ventures provided a clean and cohesive brand kit that utilized line work patterns and a color palette that coincided with the company’s branding of purples and whites. Resi translated these design elements to inform the new website’s sleek aesthetic while still remaining true to the core brand and the clients’ other property, Viking Lakes Residences.

Web Elements

While Resi is always focused on delivering a seamless and responsive user experience, 240 Park Ave presented an opportunity to show off, too. With a fully custom designed and developed website, 240 Park Ave is as beautiful as it is user-friendly. Large visuals, scroll-triggered animations, popover elements, an animated splash screen, and more give users an immersive experience that is both informative and visually stunning.
