Join our dynamic marketing team as an SEO Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and optimizing our online marketing strategies. You will be responsible for implementing SEO best practices, conducting site health audits, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting a broad range of SEO services across our client portfolio.


  • Conduct monthly site health audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor website performance and track organic search metrics to gauge SEO effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings, posts and products.
  • Develop and optimize on-page content, including meta titles, descriptions, and image tags.
  • Perform keyword research and tracking to understand trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create and maintain additional optimized landing pages tailored to client needs.
  • Optimize social media profiles and manage content strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze geographical page relevancy to enhance link-building strategies.
  • Provide monthly website support for SEO fixes, ongoing optimizations, or updates on tracked keywords.
  • Generate detailed monthly and executive summary reports on SEO activities and results.


  • At least 2 years of experience in SEO or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current SEO practices, digital marketing concepts, and search engine algorithms.
  • A team player who loves to brainstorm, collaborate, and take responsibility
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Exceptional time-management and communication skills, vital in our remote team setting.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with local SEO and GMB optimization.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • UX Writing and/or Copywriting experience.
  • Experience in Real Estate Marketing
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience in Web Design
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
