Overview

Resi is building the next generation of multifamily marketing technology. In this next phase of our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who will help lead growth at the intersection of sales and deep product expertise.

You will find, accelerate, and close deals while building relationships with prospective enterprise clients, and lead engaging, high-impact sales conversations and demos. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine sales messaging, develop compelling sales collateral, and ensure prospects fully understand the competitive advantages of Resi’s solutions. This role works closely with and is supported by the GTM and Marketing team, the Product team, and the Founder. 

This role requires you to have an in-depth understanding of Resi’s technology and products, allowing you to effectively demonstrate the platform, educate multifamily operators, and align solutions to clients’ business goals.

By bridging technical knowledge with consultative full-cycle sales expertise and exceptional closing skills, this role ensures that every interaction with a prospect is both strategic and value-driven, reinforcing Resi’s position as the premier multifamily marketing and technology partner.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process across prospecting, pipeline development, demoing, negotiating, and closing.
  • Achieve or exceed revenue goals by maintaining a strong focus on closing deals aligned with assigned sales quotas.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product capabilities, evolving industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to position our solutions effectively.
  • Act as a marketing consultant to generate specific and creative solutions to clients’ marketing needs.
  • Work closely marketing, product, and client experience to ensure customer needs are met and sales strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and present engaging, customized demonstrations and sales collateral that effectively showcase how our products align with client objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects through outbound, networking, and innovative sales strategies, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities into the sales funnel.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to proactive sales activity, maintaining high responsiveness and clear, professional communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams while maintaining a clean and robust CRM.
  • Work with marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and sales collateral to support revenue growth.
  • Continuously innovate in Resi’s approach to sales and marketing, pushing the bounds of what is possible, and finding new and impactful ways to improve the sales motion.
  • Represent Resi at trade shows, conferences, industry events, and client meetings, identifying and engaging with potential clients and enhancing Resi brand visibility and reputation to continuously grow the sales pipeline and expand market reach.
  • Travel required is approximately 20-30%.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, marketing, or related role; preferably in SaaS, PropTech, multifamily marketing, or related industries.
  • Exceptional sales skill set and demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and building sales motions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals and sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of multifamily marketing, websites, digital advertising, property management technology, and/or marketing platforms and the issues across existing technology and marketing providers today.
  • Strong ability to lead product demos, translating technical features into real-world business impact for multifamily operators. You can take a technical product, data, and client needs, and leverage that through storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and executive-level conversations.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits to ensure consistent engagement with prospects and clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to self-source pipeline while collaborating with marketing to refine lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Comfortable with 20-30% travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Prior experience in high growth startups.
  • Prior experience selling marketing technology, websites, SEO, and/or digital advertising solutions to multifamily operators.
  • Experience acting as a sales engineer or solutions consultant, with a keen ability to educate clients on platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Experience working with RevOps, marketing, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with multifamily leasing, asset management, and marketing.
