Overview
Resi is building the next generation of multifamily marketing products. In this next phase of our company’s growth, we’re looking for our first-ever Head of Agency Services to initiate, build, and scale our client experience and agency services offerings, including our customer success, custom websites, and digital marketing teams and services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a critical corner of the company at Resi, all while ensuring that our clients are receiving the best experience and results possible, with the speed and scale necessary for an optimized agency services department. This role reports to the Founder, Grady Newman.

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead functions and team members across implementation and onboarding, digital marketing services, agency websites, and client support, ensuring customer experience and agency operations are optimized.

Help shape and implement the agency’s overall vision, strategic implementation, agency operations, quality control, and growth goals, adapting the agency model as the organization grows.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively communicating and addressing marketing needs, and managing client expectations and concerns with superior expertise and care.

Ensure client product and service delivery is on time, to budget, and has ongoing exceptional results while ensuring the team is proactively maintaining client success metrics and recommending strategic adjustments accordingly.

Hire, develop, and retain talent across your team, creating an efficient, effective, and expert group of team members to deliver superior marketing results to clients.

Identify new business or expansion opportunities and participate in industry events to promote client satisfaction and growth goals.

Monitor the operational and financial performance of the agency team, including budgeting and forecasting, and making recommendations to optimize revenue and costs.

Work with our product development teams to design scalable management and reporting tools for internal and external usage.

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with service providers to provide valuable contributions to our client’s needs and deliverables.
Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience, preferably in a similar role. Previous leadership and people management experience required.

Strong understanding of multifamily marketing website products, digital marketing strategies and services, and client experience operations.

Excellent leadership, operational, technical, and analytical skills, balanced with bold creativity to support client projects and big ideas to drive the company forward.

Strong communication and collaboration and an ability to lead across departments.

Excellent project management skills.
Bonus Qualifications

Experience at a property management company and/or in a similar role in a multifamily marketing agency.

Experience in a client facing role in a similar capacity.

Experience with WordPress, creative design process, content management systems, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.

Experience with enterprise-scale ad management and reporting tools.
