Overview

At Resi, we connect people and places through technology – and we believe the best marketing connects insight with impact. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect behind our digital performance engine, owning both strategy and execution across paid and organic channels. This role requires a brain that’s numerically obsessed and creatively fearless – equal parts spreadsheet and storyboard.

You’ll oversee our SEO approach and lead the charge on paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. But more than that, you’ll build the systems, insights, and storytelling that keep our clients engaged, our campaigns evolving, and our strategies future-ready.

If building demand engines that actually qualify prospects is your idea of fun, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

Holistic Digital Strategy & Leadership

  • Own Resi’s full-funnel digital strategy across both paid and organic channels.
  • Align SEO, paid search, paid social, and landing pages into one seamless, scalable growth engine.
  • Define performance goals, set KPIs, and connect campaign work to real-world business outcomes.
  • Serve as the strategic lead for digital – rallying designers, devs, and client teams around next steps that matter.

Paid Media Campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across platforms.
  • Lead audience research, keyword strategy, and creative development in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Test, learn, iterate – then repeat without ego.

SEO Oversight & Integration

  • Provide strategic direction and management for Resi’s SEO services.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to ensure cohesive messaging, goal alignment, and shared performance insights.
  • Jump in on audits, keyword strategies, or technical questions as needed.

Client Onboarding & Communication

  • Guide clients through ad setup, tracking pixels, analytics access, and campaign expectations.
  • Create onboarding experiences that are clear, empowering, and insightful.
  • Make reporting feel human: turn data into stories clients understand and act on.

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain performance dashboards.
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting with real recommendations, not just metrics.
  • Help both clients and internal teams understand what’s working – and why.

Platform & Process Innovation

  • Collaborate with Operations to develop repeatable, scalable paid media SOPs.
  • Research and recommend tools that streamline reporting, workflow, and campaign performance.
  • Stay on top of trends and platform changes to keep our strategies fresh and future-ready.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate deeply with SEO, Web, and Support to align digital strategies.
  • Evaluate new client segments, product ideas, and service enhancements.
  • Serve as a player-coach: leading with confidence, but always in the trenches when needed.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Know your way around Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, but love finding ways to make the whole system work better.
  • Have experience leading both paid media and SEO efforts.
  • Excel at turning data into decisions and strategy into execution.
  • Enjoy translating data into plain-English strategies and action plans.
  • Think proactively about what clients need before they ask.
  • Can manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball…or the vibe.
  • Write clearly, collaborate kindly, and love a great dashboard.
  • Are excited to bring structure to fast-moving teams and help shape how we scale.

Major Bonus Points

  • Experience with multifamily real estate or B2B SaaS clients.
  • Familiarity with TapClicks, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or Airtable.
  • Exposure to CRO, analytics tagging, or front-end UX.

What You’ll Gain

  • A key role in a high-impact team with the space to lead, iterate, and grow.
  • Deep collaboration with design, dev, SEO, and support.
  • A chance to shape not just client campaigns, but how we do paid media at Resi.
  • A remote work culture built on trust, clarity, and real-life balance.
  • Smart, funny teammates who care just as much about great work as they do about each other.

If this sounds like your kind of role on your kind of team, we’d love to hear from you!

Interview Process

We like to keep things simple, friendly, and efficient, while giving you a real sense of the people you’ll be working with. Here’s what to expect:

  • 15-minute intro call: A casual conversation to learn more about your background, interests, and initial alignment with the role.
  • 30-minute strategy & culture sync: A deeper dive into strategy, culture fit, and how this role fits into the broader mission of Resi.
  • Potential 3rd-round conversation: If we’re feeling mutual alignment, this final call focuses on how you’d work cross-functionally and grow with the team.

We value your time and aim to move quickly. At each stage, we’ll let you know what’s next – no ghosting here.

We can’t wait to meet you
