The results came fast. In the very first quarter of active SEO service, Vest saw meaningful gains across every key metric.

Organic traffic surged from 2,687 to 17,933 sessions — a 567% increase — meaning significantly more renters were discovering Vest properties through search.

The organic conversion rate also jumped 204%, driven by the alignment between search strategy and site design. High-intent pages like floor plans and amenities capture renters close to a decision. Neighborhood pages speak to those still weighing their options. Contact pages close the loop. SEO brings the right people to the right pages, and the sites are built to meet them there.

Click-through rates climbed 51% (from 4.70% to 6.61%), and Vest’s average search position improved 44%, moving from 28.60 to 15.44 in just 90 days.
