Responsibilities

  • Sales Meeting Collaboration: Be an integral part of the sales narrative, ensuring our client’s journey with Resi begins with clarity, commitment, and a shared vision for transformative outcomes.
  • Post-Signature Coordination: Serve as a pivotal nexus between departments, championing seamless collaboration and ensuring that the coordination of project milestones reflects our dedication to excellence and innovation. Maintain a vigilant oversight of project timelines, ensuring every milestone is a testament to our synchronized efforts and our clients’ strategic ambitions.
  • Client Onboarding: Lay the groundwork for successful partnerships, ensuring every client feels valued, understood, and excited about the transformative journey ahead with Resi.
  • Kickoff Meeting Facilitation: Lead kickoff meetings with precision and passion, fostering a collaborative environment where clients and our creative team unite to shape a cohesive and compelling project vision.
  • Project Execution Oversight: Ensure meticulous oversight of each project, guaranteeing that every component, from design to narrative, aligns perfectly with our client’s goals and Resi’s unparalleled standards of excellence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships and ensure seamless project delivery. You’ll actively identify opportunities for clients to engage with Resi’s broader services, aligning our solutions with their evolving goals. Your responsibilities include managing contracts, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating across teams, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients. You’ll also oversee the project execution, ensuring client needs are met with precision and care, and fostering long-term partnerships based on trust, innovation, and mutual success.
  • Digital Marketing Management: From web presence to digital advertising, masterfully navigate the digital marketing realm, ensuring that our clients’ digital narratives are not just visible but resonate profoundly, captivating audiences and driving engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Professional Experience: We need a seasoned expert, not a rookie.
  • 3 Years of Remote Experience: Because our team is and you’ll need to navigate that space.
  • Agency or Software Development Experience: We work in the digital world; you need to speak our clients’ language.
  • Native-Level Fluency in English: We all would love to learn another language, but today this is what we understand best.
