The process of generating leads, or potential customers, for a business. This can be done through a variety of marketing channels, such as content marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and social media. Once a lead has been generated, it must then be nurtured until it is ready to be converted into a customer or client. The nurturing process involves building relationships and trust with leads through consistent communication. When done correctly, lead generation and nurturing can result in increased sales and revenue for your business.
