Overview

We are seeking a talented digital marketing expert who wants to work in the growing real estate industry to implement creative solutions for fun, but challenging projects using the social and paid media. This role will require someone with a wide array of experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns with a strong analytical approach. Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social and paid media campaigns for clients and internal needs
  • Analyze campaign results against pre-defined KPIs and provide recommendations to account managers
  • Work across the organization with key stakeholders to support client relationships and effectively communicate on account health, strategy, and recommendations, and communicate directly with clients in writing, in person, or on calls
  • Create budget recommendations for clients and make recommendations when budget changes are warranted.
  • Identify, plan, communicate, execute and report on changes to client campaigns to management and clients.
  • Write copy for text campaigns and design graphic content when necessary for visual campaigns.
  • Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting, insights, and analysis of advertising campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participates in customer facing business and performance reviews with clients on an as needed basis to discuss digital strategies in depth
  • Learn industry trends, relevant strategy risks and competitive threats.
  • Resolve client issues and requests that arise with good judgement and decision making; escalating as necessary.
  • Track all work in Resi project management system

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of or experience in managing digital marketing campaigns related to SEM, SEO & Social Media
  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for knowledge and personal growth
  • High-level of commitment and attention to detail
  • Self-directed and proven ability to work independently
  • 4 Year college degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Current or Previous Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint Preferred
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience on Google, Facebook, Bing & others
  • 2+ years experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics system

Bonus Qualifications

  • Agency experience preferred
  • Property Management or Multifamily experience preferred
  • Experience with RavenTools reporting system
