We are seeking a client success manager who wants to work in the real estate industry to create and foster strong relationships with our clients. This role strong leadership and project management skills, the ability to build strategic connections with clients in order to achieve successful results and bring new, effective solutions to the table.

  • Build strategic and collaborative relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Take charge of project coordination and client success efforts.
  • Accountable for overall client success metrics including growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Acquire a clear understanding of client goals and leading the team on strategy implementation aimed at providing value to the client.
  • Lead quarterly client presentations to review performance metrics and opportunities as a portfolio.
  • Resolve and problem solve issues that escalate with clients.
  • Engage in thought leadership and extensive industry education.
  • Speak publicly at conferences, events, and client meetings on behalf of Resi.
  • Coordinate with business development through networking and trade shows
  • Coordinate large client roadmaps, including onboarding.


  • Has experience driving marketing results in the real estate industry.
  • Has strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Including the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and concise manner.
  • Understands how to set, track, and achieve client success metrics.
  • Has a strong leadership presence, influencing skills, presentation skills, and business insights.
  • Has a strong track record of building and developing long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrates a desire for innovation, continuous learning, and improvement.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing services
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with Project Management Systems
  • Willing to travel when needed

Bonus Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a client-facing role
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Property Management or Multifamily experience preferred
